The Business Coach will assist and guide the business owner in running the business by helping them clarify the vision of the business and how it fits in with their personal goals. Business coaching is a process used to take a business from where it is now to where the business owner wants it to be.
Responsibilities:
Developing business coaching plans
Determining business needs
Identifying business strengths and weaknesses
Finding solutions to various business issues and making recommendations
Answering client inquiries
Focuses on individual behavioral change
Goal setting and building actionable plans
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, HR, Business Psychology, Management or Computing ICT
5-10 years’ experience in business, management
Qualifications in Digital Business Strategy/Digital Strategies/Digital Marketing or Digital Transformation a plus.
Knowledge of business strategies and business acumen
Creative problem solver with attention to details
Effective communication and active listening skills
