Expert in turning vision into execution through strategic planning, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership. Makeda has led digital transformation initiatives across 33 markets globally, securing partnerships with 500+ partners and organizations, and upskilling 1,000+ entrepreneurs across the Caribbean and Ghana.

Her diverse background includes serving as Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations, bringing global perspective and diplomatic expertise to business strategy and partnerships at Genesis International Limited.
